How our advice process works

Establish terms of engagement.

First, we work together to agree on areas of advice requested and establish the terms of our engagement.

Identify your needs.

Then we gather the necessary facts of your situation to correctly identify your needs and objectives.

Analyze the situation.

We then analyse and research your circumstances and develop strategies to meet your needs and objectives.

Prepare a written statement of advice.

Once we've undergone our analysis of the situation, we prepare our written Statement of Advice outlining our assessment of your situation.

Present recommendations and implement solutions.

We then present our written recommendations to you and work together to implement any agreed recommendations

Monitor and review.

Once we successfully have a policy in place, we continually monitor the implementation and review strategies and actions on a regular basis to ensure the plan in place continues to fit your needs.
