Our story began with just the two of us — Peter and Sascha Nettmann — a father-and-son team with over 40 years of combined experience in the financial services industry. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, we’ve made Auckland our home and are proud to serve Kiwis across New Zealand with exceptional insurance experiences.

As Buffer has grown, so has our team. We’ve welcomed Arron, a skilled Insurance Advisor dedicated to helping more clients navigate their insurance needs, and Fiona, who leads our Marketing and Broker Partnerships programme.
